Subject	Wipers and washer fluid activate randomly?

Message	Not much else to say other than that. I was driving the other day when all of a sudden, my windshield wipers turned on full blast, and my car was spitting wiper fluid nonstop! I had to pull off to the side of the road and remove the controlling fuse. Upon getting bback home, I replace the fuse to test the issue, which of course it was still doing. Anyone have any ideas? *Note - when I got back home, at first I couldnt replicate the symptom, but when I dropped the hood back down, somehow the "thud" caused the wiper arms and fluid to activate again. Also, this event occurs indifferent of anything I try to do by manually controlling the settings on the speed setting. Thanks for any input!
